Highland Park Heather is a limited-edition cask-strength single malt whisky showcasing a bolder expression of the distillery’s iconic Orkney style. Bottled at natural cask strength and crafted using 100% Orcadian-peat-smoked barley, this release delivers a noticeably smokier profile than the classic Highland Park range.

It's matured in a combination of first-fill European and American sherry-seasoned oak casks, alongside refill casks. On the nose and palate, expect aromatic floral and herbal peat smoke, with notes of roasted marshmallow, frangipane tart, and vanilla. Layers of sweet orchard fruit emerge, complemented by a delicate touch of heather honey.

- Nose
  Raisin-studde shortbread and roasted apples lead to layers of fresh herbs: lavender, rosemary and thyme, with a touch of fresh heather. Cocoa and dark chocolate notes develop.
- Palate
  Soft char and rich raisin is followed by intense brown sugar and baking spice. Blackcurrants and liquorice follow.
- Finish
  Raisins, brown sugar and blackcurrants with lingering cherries and menthol.
